My life before this work was chaotic. Monotonous. Emotionally reactive. I was showing up for everyone else — coaching ten to twelve hour days, pouring into people — and quietly running on empty without a framework to understand why.

The work changed that. Not overnight. But through a combination of thought awareness, energy management, and the cup filler framework I've been running for the past three years — my life became peaceful. And not peaceful in the absence of struggle. Peaceful in the sense that I now have a framework that lets me prioritize myself first — so I can show up fully for everyone else after.

More grateful. More intentional. More responsive than reactive.
